Chef & Owner
A Perth boy who built his name in Melbourne and made waves at Lalla Rookh before opening his own place in Subiaco in 2016. Nine years later, Lulu is an institution: buzzy, generous, and completely unforgettable.
Joel was named Chef of the Year by The West Australian Good Food Guide in 2021. In 2023, Lulu La Delizia took out Gourmet Traveller's highest honour: WA Restaurant of the Year.
